Crisis Helpline

The crisis helpline provides a warm, non-judgemental space for you to talk through your emotions. As a member of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline Network, helpline specialists also work to reduce the rate of suicide. If you or your loved one are contemplating suicide or have completed suicide, call today.

Contact’s Crisis Helpline is accredited by the International Council for Helplines (ICH) and is also one of the 180 crisis centers in the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline’s network. It is operated by volunteers that have been vetted and completed a training curriculum that embodies best practices for the callers they serve. In accordance with ICH’s annual renewal of values, the Crisis Helpline promotes acceptance of all people, commitment to diversity, safe communication in a non-judgmental environment, reliable resources, and hope for anyone in need of emotional support.
